Creative Cycles Quotes ("Creative Cycles Quotes", "we", "us") operates quotes.creative-cycles.com, a free service that helps consumers compare auto insurance options. Creative Cycles Quotes is not an insurance company or agency. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide in the quote form: name, address, ZIP, date of birth, contact details (email, phone), vehicle details, coverage and driving history, and similar data needed to match you with insurance quotes.
Consent and verification records: the consent language you agreed to, a timestamp, your IP address and browser, and an independent third-party consent certificate (TrustedForm).
Technical and usage data: device and browser information, pages viewed, and advertising identifiers/cookies (including Meta and Google attribution parameters).

2. How we use your information

To match you with insurers, agents, and marketing partners who can provide quotes or offers.
To contact you (and to enable our partners to contact you) about insurance products and services.
To operate, secure, measure, and improve our service and advertising.
To comply with legal obligations and maintain proof of consent.

3. How we share your information

We share the information you submit with insurance companies, licensed agents, and marketing partners so they can contact you with quotes and offers. These may include the categories of companies listed on our Marketing Partners page. We also share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, consent verification) that act on our behalf. We do not sell information to parties unrelated to providing you insurance quotes except as described here or with your consent.

4. Consent to be contacted (TCPA)

By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you provide prior express written consent for Creative Cycles Quotes and the partners described above to contact you at the phone number and email you provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text/SMS — even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can revoke consent at any time (see Your Choices). Message and data rates may apply.

5. Your choices

Calls/texts: reply STOP to opt out of texts; ask any caller to place you on their internal do-not-call list.
Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
Access/deletion: email support@creative-cycles.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.

6. California & other state privacy rights

Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and certain other states have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and targeted advertising. 7. Data security & retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and transmit form data over encrypted connections. We retain lead and consent records as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and compliance obligations.

8. Children

Our service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
